How it works
Kick-off meeting
We meet to explore your needs and expectations. Then we make our estimation of the team composition, project duration, cost, and best technologies. This allows us to suggest the most suitable solution to fit your business perfectly.
Recruitment
The recruitment process takes from three to six weeks. During this time we launch a screening process to find the most prominent engineer for your review. You have a chance to interview each candidate. In case of a match, we prepare all paperwork and get ready for onboarding.
Onboarding
At this point we introduce new members to the team and to the project. We make sure the person has all the needed equipment and access to online accounts to conduct his work.
Operations and Support
A person fully integrates with your project team, fulfilling all regular operations. On our side, we run various HR screenings, offer educational events and corporate activities to keep the team’s productivity and satisfaction at a high level. Also, we keep in touch 24/7 to assist you and solve any possible issues.
